Every day brought new destruction, yet the teacher came to the lyceum because it was necessary to issue annual grades to future graduates for their education certificates. Working with grades and registers in such conditions is an incredible concern for the future of pupils.
"We are fighting for an educated nation. If I didn't give lectures, it would be a sin. Why did I go to war?" says a professor at the Uzhhorod National University who gives lectures on tourism studies to his students in between combat duties.
The home of a teacher in Borodianka lies in ruins, but she continues to educate children, conducting online lessons and setting up a "classroom" in her backyard.
